Finally, the Pacquiao vs. Marquez 3 is official on Nov. 12, 2011, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. In two previous bouts, Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao won a split decision over Juan Manuel “Dinamita” Marquez in 2008 following their controversial draw in 2004. Both fights were hotly contested and ended in controversy.
As a boxing fanatic, I kept track on these fighters and I'd say that both Marquez and Pacquiao have reached different remarkable stages in their respective careers since their last match. The bout in November will be for the WBO Welterweight belt with a catch weight at 144 lbs.
